And how much does it all cost? In the Czech Republic, we establish companies from CZK 7,490 excluding VAT. The final price is always based on your needs and requirements. The price of establishment includes a package containing assistance and services, such as assistance in selecting the company name and the objective(s), assistance establishing the company’s registered office, opening a bank account, the notary’s fee and the fee for registering the company in the Commercial Register. If you want to set up a virtual registered office, we will be happy to create a tailor-made offer for you. 

And what about prices in other countries? It always depends on the specific destination where you want to establish your company. It also depends on what services and assistance you want to use. We establish companies in European countries from €1,890, in Asia from €9,890 and in the USA and Canada from €9,500. When establishing a foreign registered office, the price also includes setting up a virtual registered office for one year.
